Dr. Juliana Meira is the mother of two lovely daughters & and a dating and relationship coach. She's learned to navigate her professional life along with dating. As a university professor & dating coach, she has loads of wisdom to share on this topic.

Elmira Loftin, self care coach, grew up watching her mom date after her parents split. It was these experiences and others which taught her the importance of putting yourself first.
