Welcome to this immersive meditation experience:
"The Tethered Heart: A Sacred Space of Conscious Creation"
JOIN US in the wine country of Temecula, CA for a Multi-Healer Sound Bath Meditation during the sunset hours on Sunday, Februry 12, 2023. Come early if you wish to capture beautiful photos and settle into your spot. Wind & Weather permitted, we will start around 5PM.
+Tea & Cacao provided with admission.
A portion of proceeds will go directly to Reach for the Stars, a Registered Non-Profit Wheelchair Accessible Hot-Air Balloon Foundation.
***It is standard that anyone volunteering in any hot-air balloon experience sign a waiver. Before confirming to purchase a ticket, please read through the LIABILITY WAIVER with this clickable GoogleDoc Link and only agree to the terms by moving forward with a purchase. A physical copy will also be provided to each participant/guardian to sign at the door.

Although these are common benefits, different people react to sound baths in different ways. For example, one person might feel especially relaxed, while another might feel a boost of energy. You are encouraged to take in this sound journey however you wish to receive. A small 2014 study found that people exposed to 15 minutes of either repetitive drumming or instrumental meditation music while lying down experienced a decrease in their levels of cortisol, a stress hormone.
HOW TO PREPARE:
* This is an all ages event.
* No pets will be allowed in the balloon, only registered service animals are permitted inside the balloon.
* Pack a yoga mat, a few blankets, pillow, eye mask, water bottle, etc. Whatever props and bolsters you may need to make it a comfortable experience for the one hour sound bath. Fan's will be blowing so dress warm and comfy.

Reach for the Stars Hot Air Balloon Foundation is a California non-profit corporation based in Riverside County and is recognized as a federal 501c3 corporation. Our mission is to share the joy and excitement of hot air ballooning with all people, especially those with physical challenges. As one of only a handful of wheelchair accessible hot air balloons in the entire U.S., and the only one operating as a non-profit, Reach for the Stars is a very special entity that can provide a unique life experience for people with limited mobility. RFS' unique, easy-entry custom baskets allow people with limited mobility, as well as wheelchair users, to experience a tethered ride or a traditional flight. Reach for the Stars website
ABOUT CRYSTAL
Crystal is a certified yoga teacher and sound practitioner native to Los Angeles, CA. She offers private, group, and corporate meditation experiences to wherever she is called. Her music therapy sessions are well received with patients and children, specifically foster youth and marginalized youth.
A daughter to two immigrant parents, Crystal carries on an intimate connection to the medicine and spiritual practices of her Vietnamese and Mexican roots. Having received an education with Loyola Marymount University Yoga Studies Program and the UCLA Healing Arts Center, she beautifully bridges science and energy work into each experience with a focus on nervous system regulation, brainwave function, and oxygenation through breath work. With a heart of devotion to the healing arts, every intention is from a place of integrity and conscious transformation. Allow yourself this relaxation concert.
