Coaching & Craft: is a calm, welcoming space where you can slow down, reflect, and reconnect with yourself. Through gentle coaching prompts and a simple hands-on craft, you’ll explore what self-love means for you, and how to build a kinder relationship with yourself.

There’s no pressure to share and no need to be “good” at making. This is simply time for you.
