The low impact class (no jumping), yet with all the intensity and flavour. Easy to follow choreography which builds on intensity throughout each tune. You dance at your own pace deciding how high intensity you wish to dance at. Great to build on strength, cardiovascular fitness, balance, range of motion and cognitive function. The styles of dances and tunes vary month to month and come from around the world.
Ideal for those who just love to dance, a family class open to all ages, can also be done seated.
Class costs £5 payg.
No booking required just come along, bring water, wear comfortable clothes you can dance about in.
