The COVID-19 pandemic remains a threat. By requesting a reservation through this system, you are agreeing to abide by all the procedures in place for this event, including mask-wearing, screening, and physical distancing. The additional terms that you must consent to in the order form below will also be included in the confirmation email you will receive when your registration is complete.

We will be following strict COVID-19 guidelines, masks are ENCOURAGED to be worn at all times.

**Doors will open Friday 01/12/2024 at 4:00pm to begin screening. Please do not arrive at the door before then to ensure staff is in place to greet you, check you in, and recieve conference materials.**
