MOPOP's Culture Kitchen will be joined on Saturday, December 28th by Loumpia, a minority-owned, Filipino American food business founded by Lou in 2024 with the mission of bringing authentic, contemporary lumpia to Seattle while giving back to the Philippines. Stop by from 11am- 2pm on Saturday to enjoy an assortment of delicious samples and sauces.

Kikiam – Pork Tenderloin and Shrimp
Dynamite with Bacon- Serrano peppers, Beecher’s Flagship cheese, Bacon
Togue- Mung bean sprouts, carrots, green beans (vg/gf)
Shanghai – pork, shrimp, vegetables
Lobster Lumpia- marinated lobster, stir fried shallots and garlic
Turan- cinnamon sugar, banana, ube halaya and fresh jackfruit
5% of every sale supports providing medicine in Lou’s family’s hometown of Nueva Ecija.
