Teche Center for the Arts will be showing the short documentary "Louisiana Grass Roots" on Wednesday, September 24, 2025 at 6:15pm (doors open at 5:45). 'Louisiana Grass Roots' tells the story of our forgotten prairie lands and the people working to save them. It is directed by Jillian Godshall and produced by Dr. Phyllis Baudoin Giffard and was filmed locally in Acadiana by an all local crew. Featured in the film are Geno Delafose, Megan Constantin, Dr. Charles Allen, Dr. Malcolm Vidrine, Larry Allain and Steve Nevitt. Admission is free!
