ABOUT THE DIRECTOR

Louie Schwartzberg is an award-winning cinematographer, director, and producer whose notable career spans more than four decades providing breathtaking imagery using his time-lapse, high-speed, and macro cinematography techniques.

Louie’s theatrical releases include Fantastic Fungi (narrated by Brie Larson); the 3D IMAX film, Mysteries of the Unseen World (National Geographic/narrated by Forest Whitaker); the theatrical feature, Wings of Life (Disneynature/narrated by Meryl Streep); and America’s Heart and Soul (Walt Disney Studios). His ride-film, Soarin’ Around the World, is shown for one of Disney Theme Parks’ most popular attractions worldwide.
