A night of rock music featuring 3 fantastic female and non binary fronted bands. Precious Ink, Broken Temples and Zuoliya! This event is supporting Newcastle Womens Aid, with 20% of ticket sales plus profits going to the charity. Come along to celebrate the talents of women and non binary musicians in rock and metal!

Through this event we hope to inspire more female and non binary musicians to break into this sector of the industry by addressing the gender disparities that still exist in the music scene. We hope to help girls and queer folk feel comfortable, offer oppurtunities, highlight the issues in the rock and metal genre and celebrate women and non binary musicians and artists.

The charity offers a range of free and confidential support services for women and girls affected by domestic abuse including; a confidential hotline, 1 to 1 support and group work. Their services are fully accessible, inclusive and can be accessed by anyone who has been affected by domestic abuse. The charity helps women and girls to see that they're not alone, providing a reassuring presence and source of validation for women who may feel they're in the wrong place, that they're wasting the charities time, or there's someone worse off. Non-judgemental, safe and confidential spaces are offered where women and girls can share their experiences, helping to find understanding and that lightbulb moment when they realise it's not their fault.
