Each week, we will explore one of the seven main chakras, delving into how they influence our:
Physical health and vitality
Emotional patterns and mental clarity
Core beliefs shaped by early relationships, particularly with parents and partners
Behavioural patterns, self-worth, and sense of purpose
Relationship with food, body image, and the external world
Through guided self-inquiry, discussion, and practical tools, we will uncover how energetic imbalances manifest in our lives and begin to gently release old blockages. The course is designed to support deep personal healing and lasting transformation.

Identify which chakras are overactive or depleted
Understand the emotional and psychological roots of imbalance
Restore harmony within your energy system
