Lost in Translation is coming back to Rhino Room.
About this Event
On the last Saturday of each month, the Lost in Translation crew will take a classic film script, run it through an online translator a dozen times, and then read the results live on stage in character!
The final twist is that the guest stars read the script for the first time on stage.
This month they’ve gone mad and decided to ask the question no one has ever dared ask before… Can you perform two Lord of the Rings films in an hour and a half? They’ve taken the scripts from the Lord of the Rings 1 and 2, bashed them together and worked their translation magic. Come see the madness that results!
Join us on Saturday the 30th of September for Lost in Translation presents: Lord of the Rings: The Fellowship of the Two Towers
Doors open at 6:30pm.
Show starts at 7:00pm and will feature a 15 minute interval.
To get the most enjoyment, we recommend you watch the film beforehand.
