We're incredibly excited to introduce something that's been pretty exciting to work on for our team: our brand-new cocktail menu, inspired by the vibrant and diverse flavours of Southeast Asia.
With this new cocktail list, we're not just serving you cocktails; we're taking you on a journey. Imagine the bustling spice markets of Bangkok, the lush, tropical landscapes of Vietnam, and the rich, aromatic traditions of Malaysia. We've distilled these experiences into a collection of unique, hand-crafted cocktails.
We've used ingredients like pandan, lemongrass, and galangal, pairing them with premium spirits to create a menu that is both familiar and surprising. Each drink tells a story, balancing sweet, sour, spicy, and savoury notes to create something unique.
