LOSS OF A SPOUSE SEMINAR (a GriefShare program)
Are you grieving the loss of your husband or wife? Your life has changed forever. The daily emotions and challenges can feel overwhelming.
This informative seminar will be held on Jan 7th in the Lighthouse/Cafe of the Woodridge campus from 1 - 3 pm.
Among others who are on grief journeys of their own, you will hear from grief experts and others who have been widowed, have the opportunity to participate in a small support group and leave with a useful participant book.
