Gainesville KTC will host a celebration of the Tibetan New Year this February 18th. Our resident teacher, Lama Losang, will lead us in the recitation of the practice of Green Tara.
Green Tara is a fully enlightened female Buddha, who Tibetan Buddhists believe hears the cries of all suffering beings and leads them towards ultimate enlightenment.
This practice will be conducted in English so as to make it available to all who may be interested in attending.
