Los Ranchos Community Yard Sale
Sunday, October 5, 9 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.

Join the Village of Los Ranchos in a Community Yard Sale to fundraise for the Fall Festival. All seller registration proceeds go towards the festival, and you keep your proceeds from your sales! Support community agriculture, meet a neighbor, support a neighbor, move extra stuff out and interesting stuff in. Well-behaved pets on leashes are OK; no early birds on sale day. Attendance is FREE.
Want to sell at the Los Ranchos Community Yard Sale? Keep these things in mind:
- All sellers must register to participate, pay the $25 fee (plus a convenience fee if paying through EventBrite).
- You will need to bring a 6-foot table to showcase your wares, as well as a chair so you can relax and perhaps plastic/paper bags for all those purchases
- Bring extra cash & coins to make change (you can also accept Venmo etc., but wifi is unpredictable)
- Items for sale should be gently used and in decent working condition; a power station for testing electrical items will be provided
- No food or edible items allowed for sale without a food handler’s license
- Registration for sellers ends September 30
Not sure what to bring to sell?
Small housewares, kitchenware, clean towels & bedding, clean clothing, garden supplies, art & craft items, holiday decor, knickknacks, musical instruments, tools, office & party supplies, books, kid & baby items, sports equipment, and anything in good shape that you’d buy from another neighbor!
