Join us to break ground on Homewise’s next residential housing development in Santa Fe! Los Prados is a 161-unit development of mixed-income housing, including single-family detached homes, townhomes, and condos. 50% of the units will meet the deep affordability standards of the City of Santa Fe, and the development will feature a public park with basketball courts, walking trails, a bocce ball court, and the first soccer mini-pitch in northern New Mexico.
Homewise is a local non-profit that aims to create successful homeowners and strengthen neighborhoods by removing barriers to homeownership. To do this, we provide everything you need to buy a home under one roof. We offer FREE one-on-one financial coaching to help you get pre-qualified, salary-based realtors who are committed to helping you find a home within your budget, and loan servicing that will allow you to make all your mortgage payments in one place. As a local non-profit and CDFI we can offer low down payments and remove monthly mortgage insurance to save you hundreds of dollars every year.
