This Wednesday and Thursday, Media City Indivisible, East Valley Indivisible, and Los Angeles Residents will protest outside Spotify’s Los Angeles Headquarters to oppose the streaming giant’s airing of recruitment ads for Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE).Protesters are gathering both days around lunch time, when employees will be coming in and out of the offices. The Spotify headquarters are just a few blocks away from the Fashion District, where some of the worst ICE raids took place earlier this year.
A core principle behind all Indivisible events is a commitment to nonviolent action. We expect all participants to seek to de-escalate any potential confrontation with those who disagree with our values.
