Los Angeles Reentry Collaborative Quarterly Convening

The Los Angeles Reentry Collaborative is a multi-sector network of organizations and community leaders working together to decrease recidivism and improve health outcomes amongst the reentry population while supporting and resourcing providers who serve this community.

This quarter's convening focuses on the profound connections we maintain with individuals still inside and explores ways to support their journey back into the community.

• Leaving Pr*son Behind: A Council Before I Go. An llustrated Novella: A creative tool to guide individuals in leaving Pr*son behind and preparing for a new chapter.
