JOIN US FOR THE SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA 2024 KICK-OFF RIDEYou might be new to cycling or just haven’t been on your bike in a while. The AIDS/LifeCycle community and staff create the perfect beginner routes to kick off the training season. Connect with a community that will motivate, inspire, and ride alongside you! These Training Rides are open to all, and all pace and skill levels are welcome. We have a delightful route to enjoy, with rest stops along the way to help you rest, recover, hydrate and eat. We'll also have printed route sheets for all Cyclists and we'll go over our safety tip first thing in the morning.
Here are a few things to remember:
Bring your helmet, water bottles, and any extra snacks you enjoy.
Review our Safety Pillars before getting on the road.
