For thousands of years, herbs have been used in a variety of ways – for cooking, decoration, pest control, medicine and fragrance, to name just a few. Many herbs also have fascinating histories. A member of The St. Louis Herb Society will share some of the many stories and legends of a number of herbs. This program is part of the series; "Talk Dirt, Worms, and Plants to Me!" A delightful series where we dive into the world of plants, soil, and things that help plants and soil! Join us as we explore gardening tips, history, plant care, soil and worm secrets, in the most fun and down-to-earth way. Whether you're a green-thumbed pro or just starting out, these sessions are packed with advice, stories, history and plenty of plant love. Get ready to grow your gardening knowledge and let your plants thrive!
