Lord Rochester: el mejor hip-shaking Rock & Roll de EscociaFieles al espíritu del buen Rock & Roll, Lord Rochester apuesta por la simplicidad del sonido y la canción, inspirándose en artistas como Bo Diddley, Chuck Berry y Jimmy Reed para crear un rock & roll rítmico y directo.
Desde su formación en 2008, han publicado siete singles en vinilo (cinco de ellos EP) y dos CDs. En julio de 2025 lanzarán su disco en vinilo Mess Around. También han grabado sesiones para la BBC, en los famosos Perrotti Studios de Gijón, y su música es el tema del Vic Galloway Show en BBC Radio Scotland.
Con giras por Japón, Australia, México, Europa y Reino Unido, y actuaciones por toda Escocia, Lord Rochester combina espectáculo y estilo, siempre entretenidos y con un look inconfundible en tartán.

Scotland’s Top Rock n’ Roll Combo
In keeping with great Rock & Roll, Lord Rochester embrace the simplicity of sound and song using the maraca powered shuffle of artists such as Bo Diddley, Chuck Berry and Jimmy Reed to create stripped back, rhythm driven, rock and roll.
Since they first got together in 2008 they have released seven vinyl singles (five of which are EP’s) and two CDs. In July 2025 Lord Rochester will release the vinyl long player, ‘Mess Around’ (visit the shop). Lord Rochester have also performed in session for the BBC, recorded at the famous Perrotti Studios in Gijon, Spain and provide the theme music for the ’Vic Galloway Show’ on BBC Radio Scotland.
Scotland’s best sounding (and best looking) rock and roll show have toured Japan, Australia (twice!) and Mexico, and played all over Europe and the UK. They have toured their native Scotland from the Borders to Aberdeenshire and from the Central Belt to the Highlands and not forgetting the Shetland Islands. Always entertaining and forever stylish, the band can bewitch an audience, large or small. Fundamentally, Lord Rochester is one of the easiest bands to put on: they turn up on time, have a very short sound-check, have the best looking guitars and are decked out in tartan
