Swiss tournament format, number of rounds and top cut will be dependent on attendance as follows:
8 players: 3 rounds of swiss, no top cut
9 - 16 players: 4 rounds of swiss, top 4 cut
17 - 32 players: 5 rounds of swiss, top 8 cut
33 - 64 players: 6 rounds of swiss, top 8 cut
65+ players: 7 rounds of swiss, top 8 cut
