$10 entry will pay out 2:1 in Whispers in the Well packs. Everyone gets at least 1 no matter what and the rest are paid out based on record.
Set 10 will be legal for use and rotation is in full effect. So your decks can only be made up of sets 5 through 10.
Set 10 Promos will be distributed for this event. They changed the kits pretty drastically so we will find a way to make it as exciting as it used to be but there will be less than before...sad day!
