Lorcana Constructed Tournament
Format: Constructed – Standard, 3-4 rounds, best of 3, swiss pairing
Bring your janky homebrew, your customized net-deck, even a precon with some upgrades will do, just come out and play! Only rules are no more than 2 colors and no less than 60 cards. League is still happening for those who just want to continue playing casually!
Cost is $7 with card, $6 with cash.
Prize Support: Store credit to players with a winning record. All participants get the full league points for the week.
Tournament Policies: All tournaments begin promptly at the listed start time, so please arrive 5-10 minutes early to check-in and pay the entry fee. Good sportsmanship is expected at all times. Only sets 5-9 are permitted in tournament decks. Set 1-4 cards are only permitted if they have been reprinted in sets 8/9.
Lorcana is suitable for ages 8+.
League Prizing:
Each week you have 15 points you can earn by coming and playing Lorcana here at the store.
5 points – Come and attend
5 points – Bring a new friend
2 points per match win
1 point per match loss
1 point – thematic plays (banishing a Snow White by using the Poisoned Apple, for example)
max 3/week for thematic plays
If you play in a paid for event (tournament/sealed events) you will receive the maximum points possible for the week automatically.
End of season (the day that the next set releases), we have a casual play event where you name is put into a raffle the amount of times you’ve earned points (ex: you earned 50 points in the season, you have your name in the raffle 50 times). Names will be randomly selected, normally with a wheel of names, until promos have been handed out. This is a great way to earn old promo items from past sets.
You also receive a promo for each sealed event you attend.
Store Championship is not included in this, as it has its own promo system.
