Come learn to knit a hat using a loom! No experience necessary and all materials are provided. You will have the option to donate your finished hats to the unsheltered community.Looking for a new hobby? Want a creative way to give back to your community? Is your noggin cold?
Join us at the Laman Library on October 21st for a hands-on loom knitting class where you’ll learn how to make your very own cozy hat!
We’ll be offering two sessions—one in the morning and one in the evening—so you can pick the time that works best for you (or come to both!).
You’ll have the option to keep your creation or donate it to our community hat drive. We’ve partnered with The Van to ensure these handmade hats find their way to neighbors who need them most.
All materials are provided!
