Supporting Young People to have the best chance in Life
About this Event

Great news, we have our next Together for Sutton Young People’s Information Network booked in for Monday 16th December and it’s all about our next generation!

We are hoping to look through the lens of a young person who has sadly experienced hardship in our borough, and we want to explore how best we can support them to have the best chance in life.

Councillor Marian James will be opening this event, with the Sutton Children Looked After Team then explaining to us their roles in supporting our young people in care. The focus here to relaunch their local campaign around Children Looked After being a protected characteristic.

We then want to explore some of our existing Together for Sutton services, MAPS mentoring, Action Voices and Young Carers to support you further in understanding the importance of this kind of support and the existing pathways into securing help for our younger generation.
