Join us for a Benefits of Nature educator guided tour at the beautiful Longwood Gardens. Let's enjoy lunch together prior. Please pack a labeled "brown paper bag" style lunch. The staff will collect and transport them for us to enjoy under the cafe tent (no coolers unless they can be hidden in a backpack). Food is not allowed outside the picnic area.
We'll meet outside the Group Visits patio (right side of visitor's center) at 11 AM. I'll collect lunches, then we'll go through ticketing, and enter the gardens together as a school group. Please be punctual. The gardens span over 1,000 acres. I cannot accommodate running back to the visitors center for late arrivals. The group will be on one admission ticket. Lunch will be 11:30 to noon then the educator will pick us up from lunch for our private hour long program.
Please wear comfortable walking shoes and pack water!
