The Longview Walk of Honor Task Force has selected four honorees to be recognized in 2025 for their significant achievements: Dr. Peggy and Howard Coghlan, David C. Hull, Bobby Taylor, and Ned E. Williams. This is the third year for the Longview Walk of Honor effort, which installs plaques in the downtown sidewalk to honor individuals whose achievements have made a significant historical, cultural, or societal impact in Longview or beyond. A ceremony will be held at 5 p.m., Saturday, November 8, 2025 at the Fredonia Street location of the Longview Museum of Fine Arts, 213 N. Fredonia St. A reception will begin at 4:00 p.m. The celebration event is open to the public but an RSVP ticket is requested.
