Long Term Friendmaking Social
This night is dedicated to girls looking to make long-term friends in Melbourne! 🫶🏻 If you’re planning to stay for a while, this social is for you!
We know it can be tough when friends inevitably move on with their Working Holidays. That’s why we’re here to help you meet gals who are here to stay and build those lasting connections!
What to expect:
⭐️ Instagram Group Chat – We’ll create an Instagram group chat 48 hours before the event, so you can introduce yourself or even meet up beforehand.
⭐️ Friendly Hosts – Upon arrival, one of our lovely hosts will greet you and guide you through the evening, helping to introduce you to other girls.
⭐️ Welcome Drink & Name Tags – Enjoy a complimentary sparkling wine or soft drink on arrival, and grab a name tag (because let’s be honest, remembering everyone’s name is a talent 😉).
⭐️ Friendmaking Activities – Starting at 6:30 pm, these activities are designed to get everyone in the room chatting and connecting.
⭐️ Reserved Area – We have a space reserved just for us girls, so you can feel super comfortable knowing that everyone is there to make new friends ❤️.

What to expect? Sparkling Wine/Soft Drink on arrival and lots of girls on Working Holidays 😍 We also have a reserved for Melbourne Working Holiday Girls.
Who’s Welcome? Girls planning to stay in Melbourne for 6 months or more! Whether you’re on a Working Holiday, partner visa, PR, student visa, or are a resident, we’d love to see you there. Just passing through? Check out our other socials!
T&C’s:
- Arrive between 6-6.30pm for your drink on arrival
- No refunds however you can sell or transfer your ticket to someone else
- Photos will be taken at the event for promotion purposes. If you would not like to be in the pictures, please let one of the volunteers know in the evening.
-Social open to girls aged 18-35 on Working Holidays and other similar visas.
