6-weeks of wellness focused on active aging and longevity! Dietitian Nikita & Physical Therapist, Kevin have teamed up to offer a collaborative lifestyle approach to help you focus on building healthy exercise routines and nutrient-dense meals to support your health and well-being. Each week (Fridays 10am-11am) we'll be focusing on a specific topic fusing both nutrition and physical regions of the body to equip you with evidenced-based knowledge to support your active aging and longevity.

Week 5: February 6, 2026 -- Gym Myths & Budget Bites
Week 6: February 13, 2026 -- Mindful Movement & Creating Balanced Plates

The Facilitators:
Nikita Grove, MS, RDN, LDN, RYT
Nikita has been a dietitian for over 9 years and focuses on sustainable nutrition and lifestyle medicine. She teaches vinyasa yoga and works on her family farm. Nikita is passionate about serving the health of her community by supporting efforts to make local foods more accessible!
Kevin Markovic, DPT, COMT
Kevin has been a PT for 11 years and has a passion to help those not only dealing with an injury, but also, those hoping to prevent injuries from occurring. Kevin opened Markovic Physical Therapy in 2023 and has spent his time since then helping his fellow community neighbors live their healthiest lives possible.
