The session will offer you an immersive experience using the powerful vibrations of a variety of Gongs, Himalayan singing bowls and other theraputic instruments. Debbie is a qualified and experienced gong practitioner and a member of the College of Sound Healing, and has many years of experience supporting people in their recovery from trauma.A comfortable mat, pillow, cosy blanket and lavender eye mask will be provided, but please feel free to bring your own if you wish or any other extras.
