What: Long Beach Strong Beach offers 1-hour complimentary workouts hosted on the lawn infront of the grand stair case. Classes will be lead by trainers from the surrounding studios who are certified and excited to guide you!This Long Beach Strong Beach will be hosted by Rumble and powered by Lululemon. The class will focus on boxing basics, agility, power generation, and conditioning. Rumble’s Head Trainer will lead you through 10 rounds of cardiovascular and strength training for a well rounded experience.
Cost: Community Sweats are free with Eventbrite sign-up (must be signed up here).
When: Class will start promptly at 9:00 AM so please arrive early to find parking and walk to the space. We do not validate mall structure parking but your first 90 minutes are free.
What to bring: Please bring comfortable shoes, a yoga mat, and water. We will have 30 yoga mats available on a first come first serve basis for those without a mat.
Post class: Hydrate, mingle and stay for a chance to win a prize!
*Please note, this is an outdoor event and will be held weather permitting. The event will proceed as long as conditions are favorable. In the case of bad weather, such as a heatwave, rain, or high winds, the event may be postponed or canceled for safety. We’ll keep you updated on any changes!
