The Long Beach Ocean Residents Community Association (ORCA) invites you to its September meeting which will be held on Monday, September 23rd at the Cooper Arms (455 E. Ocean Blvd.) from 7 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. We will cover insights about Long Beach Heritage, a non-profit organization.Special guests include Steve Gillis-Moore, Interim Executive, and Director of the Long Beach Heritage. We will also have representatives from the 1st and 2nd District City Council, the Long Beach Police Department, and DLBA.
