We have been hosting Speed Dating events in London for over 10 years. Established in 2011, are the market leaders for Speed Dating in London. We have over 50,000 active users and on average 80% of guests who attend our events get at least one match! Speed Dating is a fantastic way to meet new people whether for just friendship or something more.
Our Saturday night Speed Dating event is one of our most popular nights of the week. On average these events have between 15-20 dates with an equal split of men and women. It's not easy to get an equal ratio but we work extremely hard to ensure it is balanced by advertising our events on several platforms.
We have exclusive use of Luxe bar for the duration of our event which means it is well organised with a private bar and lots of space to sit down. A lot of other companies only use a room or semi private area which can be loud and intrusive.
The doors open at 7:30pm and on arrival you will be warmly greeted by one of our friendly hosts who will explain how the evening works. Guests will be invited to the bar for a drink and then be asked to take a seat until everyone arrives. Before the event begins the host will give a brief introduction and break the ice.
The format for Speed Dating in London is very simple. The ladies are seated on tables and the men rotate every 4-5 minutes on the sound of the whistle. Each date lasts for only a few minutes which is enough time to know whether you would like to see that person again. Guests can log their choices directly onto our mobile website by marking their date either a 'Yes' or 'Friend'. The following day you will be contacted via e-mail with your matches and if you find a connection then you can contact them through our website which is safe and secure.
We always have a great crowd of singles attend our events with a friendly mix of people and personalities. Shoreditch is a trendy and vibrant area of East London so expect a sociable crowd ready to let their hair down on a Saturday night. This event is for the age group 21-30 but our events are an age guide so if someone is a few years either side it is ok to attend.
Once the event finished everyone is welcome to stay in the venue when it opens to the public and enjoy the rest of their night. This is the best time to get to know your dates more. The DJ begins at 10pm and the venue gets quite lively!
