If you are looking to overcome your anxiety around flying and would benefit from doing this with a small group of like-minded people, then our Primary Plus course at London Heathrow could be perfect for you.Using a dedicated pilot, crew member and psychologist or psychotherapist, our group of no more than 10 people will be based in a private room at the London Sofitel Hotel.
A full day’s agenda will cover off everything to do with flying and the psychology of fear around taking a flight. You’ll learn loads of information about aircraft, and everything involved in taking a commercial flight, as well as practical techniques for understanding, managing and overcoming your anxiety.
Later in the day, we will take to the skies on our chartered British Airways aircraft, just a short walk from the hotel.
Lunch will be served in one of the hotel’s restaurants with a choice of main course on offer along with refreshments throughout the day.
