If you are looking to overcome your anxiety around flying and would benefit from doing this with a small group of like-minded people, then our Primary Plus course at London Heathrow could be perfect for you.Using a dedicated pilot, crew member and psychologist, our group of no more than 10 people will be based in a private room at the London Sofitel Hotel. A full day’s agenda will cover off everything to do with flying and the psychology of fear around taking a flight. You’ll learn loads of information about aircraft, and everything involved in taking a commercial flight, as well as practical techniques for managing and overcoming your anxiety.
Later in the day, we will take to the skies as a group on our chartered British Airways aircraft, just a short walk from the hotel.
Lunch will be served in one of the hotel’s restaurants with a choice of main course on offer along with refreshments throughout the day.
