CBUK will be outside Parliament in London on Monday 24th April 2023 from 12noon.To make our presence known and to raise awareness of the unnecessary use of ALL ANIMALS used in laboratories in the UK, from the ones bred in sheds specifically for this use in the UK to the animals flown in from overseas for use in this barbaric testing in the UK - the types of animals used vary from dogs, cats, rabbits, mice, rats, horses, monkeys such as marmosets and macaques, baboons, cows, ferrets, fish, frogs, guinea pigs, hamsters, owls, pigs, quail, sheep and so many more.
It is more than proven that now in 2023 there is NO need for these practices to continue as there are non animal methods (NAMs) available, we NEED to speak up for the voiceless.
We hear the beagles cries from the sheds at MBR Acres but once in the laboratories they and all the animals are voiceless, unseen, unheard and unloved.
These animals have no rights, they are just used as a commodity to exploit over and over again until their bodies finally give up WE NEED YOU!! THEY NEED YOU!!
They need your voice, your presence, your compassion, we need to show Parliament that we are serious, that we are not going away, we will not be quiet about it, we will not shut up.
So join us on Monday 24th April which is World Day for Animals In Laboratories (WDAIL), bring your placards or banners if you have them but more importantly bring yourself, your family, your friends.
If you have a dog that you want to bring with you please remember that this may get to be loud so please bear that into consideration before you bring your four legged friend with you.
