Join us for a moderately easy 5½ mile walk from Myddfai Community Centre following footpaths, bridleways and country lanes north and returning via Llwynywormwood and the River Ydw. The walk suits those with a moderate level of fitness that will take about 3½ hours to walk and will include rest and refreshment stops. There will be no hurry! Bring a packed lunch and comfortable footwear (walking boots or shoes are ideal although not-a-new pair of trainers will be adequate). At the end of the walk coffee and cake can be enjoyed in the community centre café and there’s a well stocked gift shop with local arts and crafts etc.
