Hi beautiful dreamers, Maria is calling in another sacred ceremony of Hawaiian Breathwork *for all who identify as women*. (Next journey Nov 2 for all genders.) This is a trauma sensitive & queer friendly circle. The Lomi Ha breath practice is simple, ancient & life-changing. I will be serving you herbal tea & guiding a heart-beat drum meditation, followed by the Breathwork journey.
'Lomi' (or Lomi Lomi) encompasses many lineages of healing from Hawaii, of which I am initiated into several. 'Ha' means 'breath of life' in Hawaiian - it is the sound we make when we exhale during the Breathwork & it is the end of the word 'Aloha'.
During the journey I will offer hands on bodywork as well as energy healing. I will be holding a clear & safe space for you to release, receive & replenish your Spirit. There will be a crystal singing bowl sound bath at the end, then watercolor painting & snacks :)
This type of Breathwork changes peoples lives in a myriad of ways. It allows you to go to your edges & break free, expand lung capacity, release buried trauma & emotions, let go of patterns that hold you back, access incredible amounts of energy & vitality, connect with ancestors & guides, heal anxiety, channel your Soul song & find more direction for your life's purpose.
