Step into the unexpected with Lomakase — an inventive pop-up dining experience created by acclaimed sushi chef Chef Loma of Slidell, LA, in collaboration with April Sellers of Fare on Eighth. Known for his imaginative flavor pairings and artistic balance of fresh ingredients, sauces, and textures, Chef Loma reinterprets the traditional Japanese omakase(“chef’s choice”) with a bold, Southern twist.
Hosted by Elic Purvis, whose eye for aesthetic detail shapes the evening’s visual and atmospheric experience, Lomakase is more than a meal — it’s a curated immersion in flavor, design, and connection.
