Headliner: Mo Awale
Mo Awale is a newer voice in the Maine Comedy scene. Born in Kenya, but raised in Portland,ME - Mo's struggle to fit in has become his greatest asset in comedy. After being a contestant on Make Me Laugh, Mo started frequenting Empire's Late Mic. His comedy drifts between new and old personal stories and his particularly awkward angle on them.
Featuring: Annick Adelle
Annick Adelle is an international standup comedian who started standup comedy in San Francisco and now lives in NY/Berlin. Annick performs all over the US and Europe and recently opened for Iliza Shlesinger, recorded a comedy album in the US and will tape with Comedy Central this fall. Annick did San Francisco’s Sketchfest and Atlanta’s Laughing Skull Festival. Before comedy, Annick worked in corporate so bridges corporate life and now art. Annick also lives between gender norms so bridges male and female worlds and anything in between.
Annick’s comedy is observational, sharp, in-the-moment, situational. “You had to be there” – is what people say when they leave a show. What a talent – you have to go see for yourself: Annick Adelle!
Also appearing: Sara Poulin
Sara Poulin is a local radio personality, co-hosting The Breakfast Club on Maine radio station WIGY. She is also a veteran stage performer. Poulin brings witty insight and relatable silly observations about divorce, dating and therapy to her comedy. She can be seen all around the state delighting audiences with her quirky style.

Cheech
Cheech is an attorney, jump-rope enthusiast, and comedian living in Portland, Maine, although she bravely self-identifies as "from Florida." She is very beautiful, but doesn’t know it.
