Self-Reliant Seitan is a Pittsburgh-based small business offering handmade, plant-based meats made with quality ingredients. They offer pre-seasoned, pre-cooked varieties of seitan, a wheat-based meat substitute that is high in protein and easy to use.
On the Thursday before Valentine's weekend, the two will join forces to help your tastebuds find a new love.
