Louisiana author Lola Willis’s debut poetry and short fiction collection “November Keepsakes” moves the reader through a spectrum of emotions. Written over a decade, the collection, inspired by the landscapes of Louisiana, explores themes of pain, love, and faith. “November Keepsakes” is being released after the tragic death of Willis’s firstborn, who was the muse behind its publication.Lola Willis will be at CHB Lafayette at 1 p.m. on Jan. 25 to discuss and sign “November Keepsakes.”
