𝗟𝗼𝗴𝗼𝗺𝗼𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 is an improvisational dance/narrative form wherein movement and words spring spontaneously from a common source. The performative form was developed by Simone Forti. She quotes: "It’s been a way for me to know what is on my mind. What is on my mind, before I think it through, while it is still a wild feeling in my bones.“
In this workshop, Nóra will lead us through a warm-up focusing on inner sensations using moment-to-moment awareness tuning. We will then explore spontaneous movement and speech that arises in the moment. Every movement is valuable and can carry information. As we move, images can come into our mind and we can unfold these images through words and movement until they come to life. In practicing Logomotion, the class will mainly use observation, explorations in nature, some possible spontaneous writing, and concentrated studio time for moving and talking in a laboratory setting. The class will spend some time outside the studio observing and being in nature.
About Nóra:
Nóra Hajós (H/USA) started her dance studies at age 4 in her native Hungary. For nearly 4 decades she has been teaching the art of dance and movement improvisation, as well as creating performances in Europe, the USA, Canada, and South America.
Nóra studied in-depth with the following teachers, with whom she also collaborated and performed on many occasions: Steve Paxton (the originator of contact improvisation), Lisa Nelson (Tuning Scores), and Simone Forti (Logomotion).

A 𝗟𝗼𝗴𝗼𝗺𝗼𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 egy improvizatív tánc/narrációs forma, amelyben a mozgás és a szavak spontán módon, közös forrásból erednek. Ezt a performatív formát Simone Forti fejlesztette ki. Ahogy ő fogalmazott: „Ez számomra egy módja volt annak, hogy megtudjam, mi jár a fejemben. Mi jár a fejemben, mielőtt végiggondolnám, amíg még csak egy vad érzés van a csontjaimban.”
Nóra egy bemelegítésen vezet végig minket, amely a belső érzésekre fókuszál, a pillanat tudatosítására való hangolódással. Majd együtt fedezzük fel a pillanatban felmerülő spontán mozgást és beszédet. Minden mozdulat értékes, információt hordozhat. Mozgás közben képek jöhetnek létre az elménkben, és ezeket a képeket szavakon és mozdulatokon keresztül kibontakoztathatjuk, míg életre nem kelnek. A Logomotion/csoport gyakorlása során elsősorban megfigyeléseket végzünk, felfedezéseket teszünk a természetben, néhány lehetséges spontán írást és koncentrált időt fogunk használni a mozgásra és a beszédre laboratóriumi környezetben. A csoport a stúdión kívül is tölt némi időt megfigyeléssel és a természetben való tartózkodással.
Nóráról:
Hajós Nóra (HU/USA) 4 éves korában kezdte tánctanulmányait szülőhazájában, Magyarországon. Közel 4 évtizede tanítja a tánc és a mozgásimprovizáció művészetét, valamint előadásokat hoz létre Európában, az USA-ban, Kanadában és Dél-Amerikában.
Nóra a következő tanároktól tanult és dolgozott együtt számos alkalommal: Steve Paxton (a kontakt improvizáció megalkotója), Lisa Nelson (Tuning Scores) és Simone Forti (Logomotion).

𝗟𝗼𝗴𝗼𝗺𝗼𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 este o formă de improvizație ce utilizează simultan dansul și nararea. Mișcarea și cuvintele izvorăsc spontan dintr-o sursă comună. Practica a fost dezvoltată de Simone Forti. Ea citează: „A fost pentru mine o modalitate de a ști la ce mă gândesc. Ce am în minte, înainte ca eu să analizez, în timp ce este încă un sentiment sălbatic în oasele mele”
În acest atelier, Nóra va conduce o încălzire care se concentrează pe senzațiile interioare, concentrându-se pe conștientizarea momentului, precum și a pasajului dintre momente. Apoi se va explora mișcarea și vorbirea spontană. Fiecare mișcare este valoroasă, purtătoare de conținut. Odată cu mișcarea, mintea este pătrunsă de imagini. Vom încerca să exprimăm aceste imagini, să le articulăm în mișcare, cuvinte și gesturi până când capătă viață. În timpul atelierului de Logomotion, participanții vor folosi observații, explorări în natură, dicteu automat. Atelierul este conceput ca un laborator de explorare. Vom lucra atât într-un studio pentru a ne focusa asupra mișcării și conversație, cât și în afara studioului oservând și fiind în natură.
Despre Nóra:
Nóra Hajós (H/USA) și-a început studiile de dans la vârsta de 4 ani în țara sa natală, Ungaria. Timp de aproape patru decenii a predat arta dansului și improvizația mișcării, a creat spectacole în Europa, SUA, Canada și America de Sud. Nóra a studiat în profunzime cu următorii profesori, cu care a și colaborat și a performat în numeroase ocazii: Steve Paxton (inițiatorul contact improvation), Lisa Nelson (Tuning Scores) și Simone Forti (Logomotion).
