?懷孕的過程中賀爾蒙與身體的各種變化，往往會使準媽咪有各部位的痠痛不舒服，例如下背痛或是骨盆疼痛等等，除此之外，針對孕婦運動及產後運動的部分，由於身體的變化過程，例如姿勢、活動方式、肌肉力量等等，使得運動強度及項目也可能和孕前有所差異。?本課程將介紹孕婦運動前的評估方式以及相關的生理變化、運動傷害風險評估，以及根據實證探討物理治療如何針對孕期常見的不適與疼痛問題，進行評估及治療，以減輕上述問題。
?最後，對於孕婦及產後女性生心理的變化，提出物理治療角度的支持與協助，幫助安全且舒服的復原！！
