The visual artist and woman artist is preparing an extreme menu for those enterprising participants who have no problem stepping out of their comfort zone. Sample one of the iconic edible art pieces (Caterpillar Dish, Fat'm Venus, Green Tomato Jam, Lures, AGATHA's Smear, Candy Venus' Muffin) from Victoria Hitka's plate of art and improvise. And we'll keep our fingers crossed that you can digest it!
