Connecting with other real estate agents, even through Loco Locals can help get our veterans a piece of the land they defended. Join us at Charlie & Echo, September 3, and let's figure out how to best serve those who have served! Charlie and Echo is an urban winery in San Diego producing natural and craft wine. But they march to the beat of their own drum crafting beyond just wine with experimental creations – like vermouths, sangrias, sours, and “cocktails” – along with hybrid collaborations with local beer, cider, sake, and mead producers.
Owned by Clara and Eric Van Drunen, who are quite the dynamic duo. Clara is retired Air Force and has literally stared down a machine gun yielding militias, while Eric is a former physicist, so you got some big brain power combined that makes some delicious wine. They are a member of the 1% for the planet which means 1% of their proceeds go towards environmental efforts. They're focused on climate change so any time you purchase their product you help contribute to reduce the carbon footprint...?. And bonus they use locally sourced grapes to produce all their wine, and we love locals who stay local!
