A talk by the owners of Meonside Farm, William and Oliver Atkinson, on the reintroduction of the first Beavers to the River Meon
About this Event

Beavers in the Meon Valley! This talk will explore the vision of two farming brothers that want to restore a stretch of the River Meon by using nature, not diggers.

You will learn about the challenges and obstacles that were faced in making the reintroduction a reality. They will illustrate some before and after photos as the Beavers have made the stream their home, and begin to create new valuable wetland habitat.
