Join This Little Pig for an evening of local harvest with a fun and creative menu by Jeff and Chef Phil featuring the harvest of local farms, Always Something Farm and Promised Land CSA as we explore delcious and innovative preparations of local and indigenous ingredients in a five-course presentation. Add on a creative drink pairing package curated by Melissa and Mandy and enjo the service of your favorite service team members. Full a la carte beverage selection available. Socialize the cash bar starting at 4:30. Dinner service begins pomptly at 5:30.
The Planned Menu Includes Fresh-Baked Bread Service | Stuffed Delicata Squash | Autumn Field Greens & Pickled Vegetables | Smoked Rainbow Trout Croquette with American Sturgeon Caviar | Suckling Pig Porchetta | Apple & Pear Tart Tatin but is subject to change without notice due to local conditions.
