Local Food Day

Yn galw ar bob bwyty, caffi, becws, bragwr, gwneuthurwr bwyd, ffarmwr, cigydd, cyflenwr, siop fferm a thyfwr sydd â diddordeb mewn prynu/gwerthu nwyddau sy'n agosach at y cartref.

Mae Partneriaeth Bwyd Abertawe wedi comisiynu cyfres o ddigwyddiadau er mwyn helpu i gefnogi busnesau bwyd lleol a helpu i fyrhau cadwyni cyflenwi yn Abertawe.

Ar gyfer y digwyddiad cyntaf, rydym yn cynnig digwyddiad am ddim yng HQ Urban Kitchen i ddod â busnesau at ei gilydd ac i ddathlu popeth lleol.

Caiff gwledd am ddim ei weini amser cinio (ar thema'r cynhaeaf) a fydd yn defnyddio cynhwysion lleol sydd wedi cael eu paratoi gan ben-cogydd gwadd.

Yn ystod y dydd bydd cyfleoedd i fusnesau rwydweithio gyda'i gilydd a bydd cyfleoedd i wneud cysylltiadau busnes newydd.

Bydd sgyrsiau gan wneuthurwyr bwyd lleol a fydd yn rhannu eu llwyddiannau yn ogystal â chyfleoedd i ryngweithio a rhannu profiadau.

Bydd cyfle i ymgysylltu â busnesau i drafod cyfres o weithdai bwyd a sgyrsiau am amserlenni tyfu ar gyfer busnesau lletygarwch. Bydd sgyrsiau am farchnata busnesau bach ac adeiladu systemau bwyd gwell.

Os ydych chi'n fusnes bwyd yn Abertawe, fe'ch gwahoddir i ymuno! Mae tocynnau am ddim ac rydym yn disgwyl i'r lleoedd llenwi'n gyflym.

Gallwn ddyrannu 2 tocyn yn unig fesul busnes/sefydliad.

Rhowch ddigon o rybudd i ni os nad ydych chi'n gallu bod yn bresennol (mae angen niferoedd cywir arnom ar gyfer arlwyo a bydd angen amser arnom i ailwerthu eich tocynnau).

Calling all Restaurants, cafes, bakeries, brewers, food makers, farmers, butchers, suppliers, farm shops, and growers who are interested in buying/selling produce closer to home. Swansea Food Partnership has commissioned a series of events to help support local food businesses and help shorten food supply chains in Swansea. For the next event, we are hosting a free event at HQ Urban Kitchen to bring businesses together and celebrate all things local. A free feast will be served at lunchtime (seasonal themed) using locally sourced ingredients and cooked by Fran. Throughout the day there will be chances for businesses to network together and opportunities for new business connections to be made. There will be talks from local food makers sharing their success stories and opportunities to interact and share experiences.

There will be engagement with businesses to develop a series of food workshops, talks on building growing schedules for hospitality businesses. There will be conversations about marketing small scale businesses and building better food systems.If you are a food business in Swansea, you are invited! Tickets are free and we are expecting to sell out quickly.

We can only allocate 2 tickets per business/organisation.

Please give us plenty of notice if you cannot make it (we require accurate numbers for catering and we will need time to put your tickets back on resale).
